ITINERARY

Day 1. USA – Rome
Transatlantic overnight flight to Rome. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.

Day 2: Rome
Arrival at Rome airport where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Rome
After breakfast morning city tour. Visit Basilica of St Peter Basilica, the largest church in the Christian world, built over the tomb of St.Peter, than continue to Roman Forum, with stop at the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona, built on the ruins of the Domitian's Circus. Free afternoon for shopping or take optional tour Imperial Rome. Overnight at the Hotel President .

Day 4: Rome – Portofino
After breakfast transfer to the airport for short flight to Genoa. Upon arrival transfer to Rapallo. Dinner and overnight at the hotel Excelsior Palace.

Day 5: Rapallo
After breakfast city tour of Rapallo, the oldest town in the area. You will see Castle, a seafront fortress built in the 16th century, the Medieval bridge which, according to legend Hannibal crossed during the second Punic War. This charming town, vacation to tourism dates back to the second half of the 19th century. Afternoon free for individual exploring this favorite destination of distinguished guests. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Rapallo – San Fruttuoso – Portofino
After breakfast excursion by boat on the Portofino Golf to San Fruttuoso, 12th Century Abbey, unique please reachable only by the sea. Guided visit the Abbey. This splendid monument, has extremely old origins, dating back to the 8th century when Prospero Bishop of Tarragon, brought here the ashes of San Fruttuoso, a bishop martyred in the 3rd century. Continue to Portofino, once a typical Ligurian fishing village, is now one of the world’s most acclaimed resort. An exclusive destination attracting international tourism all over the world. A visit the Church of San Giorgio, Castello Brown, a stroll down to lighthouse with spectacular view of the Portofino Coast. Return to Rapallo for dinner and overnight.

Day 7. Rapallo – Santa Margherita Ligure
Breakfast. Morning excursion to the Santa Margharita Ligure fishing village, transformed into international resort. Beginning of the 19th century it began to attract important visitors including royal families, political and industrial leaders, and celebrities from the world of culture and entertainment. The beauty of this classic destination is exalted in the elegance of its typical houses, prestigious villas, Baroque churches, Villa Durazzo in the middle of a splendid park by the sea. Return to hotel for dinner.

Day 8 Rapallo – Genoa – USA
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight return home.
